Hot sandwich with turkey, honey mustard and goat cheese

Honey mustard turkey sandwich

Get ready to indulge in a flavour-packed sandwich featuring tender turkey, tangy honey mustard, and creamy goat cheese. This tasty combination might just become your new favourite lunchtime treat.

Ingredients - 1 serving

2 slices of wholegrain bread (60 g in total)   

4 slices of turkey deli (about 40 g)  

1 tsp honey  

1 tsp mustard  

1/2 tomato  

20 g goat cheese  

Spinach leaves  

Nutritional content per portion 

Energy 323 kcal   

Protein 23 g   

Carbohydrates 29 g   

Fat 12 g

Method - 10 minutes

  1. Mix the mustard with the honey and spread on the bread. Top up with the turkey, tomato, goat cheese, and spinach leaves. 
  2. Place the other slice of bread on top like a lid and press together.
  3. The sandwich is best when cooked in a grill or sandwich press.
