Yoghurt bark with fruit and berries

Homemade yoghurt bark

Crisp, sweet, and irresistibly delicious, this homemade yoghurt bark is a delightful snack or dessert. 

Ingredients - 4 servings

500 g Greek yoghurt 0 %

Approx 200 g of fruit & berries of your choice

1 tbsp honey

Nutritional content per serving

Energy 114 kcal

Protein 13 g

Carbohydrates 14 g

Fat 0.5 g

Method - 5 minutes + 3-4 hours in the freezer

  1. Cut fruit and berries into smaller pieces
  2. Prepare a smaller mould or tray (in a size that fits in the freezer) by placing a baking paper in it.
  3. Spread out the Greek yoghurt, in a 0.5 cm thick layer
  4. Top the yoghurt with the fruit and berries
  5. Drizzle with honey
  6. Let the mixture harden in the freezer for about 3-4 h
  7. Take it out, break into pieces and serve immediately
